R.L. & C.E. Leader Investments Ltd. was first registered in 1987. It is a private
'family' company which evolved from an initial investment in a green-field site, in 1965.
That site was developed in stages and evolved into a Medical Center that
eventually housed, simultaneously, a Dentist, a Doctor, an Optician, a Physiotherapist,
a Medical Laboratory and an X-ray facility. This was long before the concept (of having
several different private practitioners working from the same site) became relatively common!
Today, the company primarily invests in and manages, quality ground floor Retail space. However;
the company is still attracted to Professional Rooms.
The majority of this site is password protected. The intention is to permit selective access
to some individuals that are known to the company. No sensitive or confidential information is held on this site.
The site is hosted from a server which is physically situated in the author's office.
